Authors Fees, On Submit Submission

In the previous OJS versions there was an option to set the author fees.
Is this option available in OJS3?
The only mention about payments can be found in Distribution Settings page.
In this ojs 3.1 just editor get Money as Article Processing Charge !
but i want get money when author submit a submission

Hi @mbabaei,

So far (speaking about OJS 3.1.2) there is an option to permit the editor to request payment from the author when the article is accepted. We may add other payment options but it is not a high priority for our developers at the moment; I’d be happy to help with code review and merging if someone in the community is able to add it.
