Authorization to use the API

Can someone give me authorization to use the API against an OJS instance?

I believe the OJS API will allow me to:

  1. list all the articles in a given issue
  2. for each article, get bibliographic metadata
  3. for each article, get the URL pointing to the PDF file of the article

If so, then can somebody authorize me to try implementing such a hack against an OJS implementation, even if the implementation is a test/bogus instance? I’d like to give the API a whirl.
