Author list in metadata tab is wrong when upgrade ojs 2 to 3

hello everyone,
i upgrade ojs 2.4 to 3.1.1 Successfully. but i have some error on software.

  1. the author list does not show in first page like this. how to fix this error?

  2. in workflow submission and in metadata tab the list of author show just one auther and repeat it. like this image. and tel me how to fix this?
