In the previous OJS versions there was an option to set the author fees. Is this option available in OJS3? The only mention about payments can be found in Distribution Settings page. But it is not clear whether it is subscription payment or submission payment, neither it is clear where on the website this infromation will be available.
OJS 3.0 doesn’t yet support subscriptions or other types of payments; this is one of the things that’ll be a relatively high priority for OJS 3.1. I don’t yet have a concrete timeline for that release, but we’ll try to sort out our estimates and priorities as soon as possible.
