You should check your server’s PHP Log files to see which error is causing your submissions to “hang” forever …

Maybe is a permission problem? check that your webserver can write inside the ‘files’ folder

Some times it also has to be with some PHP module missing…

The only way to know for sure is to check the PHP Logs

Can you help about this matter

Not sure if that error is related to your problem, but maybe you can try and disable the KeywordCloud plugin? … or uninstall it … and then try to upload that submission again
