i have a prob when i’d like to send paper to review
i creta a new reviewer i fill information including email of reviewer and i click on add reviewer
a message appeara that the reviewer was assigned and an email was sent to reviewer
the probelm is that the reviewer doesn’t receive any email ( notification) via email to review
???
where is the prob
