Dear all,
I am using OJS 3.1 and here is an issue I found out, maybe a bug.
When the editor decides and decline an article, there may be a few reviewers are still in “overdue” or “accept” status. After the article is declined, I found out that the reminder emails are still sending out, and reviewers can still access to the article and make comments.
Please kindly let me know how to fix this.

I have seen the same problem with a journal using OJS 3.1.1.4 and am also keen to fix this.

I am experiencing the same issue.
In fact, after the reviewer accept the invitation to review, journal manager/Admin don’t have any option cancel the review request.
I am using OJS 3.1.2

A feature to allow the cancellation of an already-accepted review was recently added to the codebase, and will be released with OJS 3.2. (Improve editor control over reviews · Issue #2508 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub)
