Article opens in a _blank target

I am in the learning phase of setting up the OJS system.
There are 11 old issues should I publish.
I am using the QuickSubmit Plugin: One-step submission plugin
The problem is that when I click on the link “HTML” article published in table of contents, it does not carry the item within OJS but in a _blank target without formatting.
Like charging up the item within the OJS the environment, help me?

Hi @M2Perim,

The QuickSubmit plugin probably isn’t correctly identifying your HTML files as HTML, and is trying to deliver them as though they were files of an unknown type.

Do you have access to the database, e.g. through phpMyAdmin? I’d suggest checking the article_files table’s file_type column to see what your HTML files are being identified as.
