Article labeled as published and declined at the same time

Hi,

I have an article that is labeled as declined and published at the same time, see screenshot below.

The status in the submission table is 3 (published) and the status in the publication table is 4 (declined). The article is not accessible on the article page.

Why are there two entries for the status of a submission? Mostly, these values match, but we also have a number articles where they differ (status 1/3, 1/4, 3/4, 3/1 for submission and publication table respectively).

We are using OJS 3.3.0.

Hi @carola,

I have noticed similar strange behavior when using more versions of a submission. Different versions have been in different states. Maybe that is also in your case.
