I just want to know, How can i enable article download statistics on my website?

To activate the statistics click settings - website - plugin - usagestats . then setup as shown below

You Will see those plugin when you log in as administrator account

I have upgrade my OJS version from 3.1.1-4 to 3.2.1-1

but download statistic still didn’t work. Al instruction has follow
