Article Details not loaded OJS 3.1.0.1

OJS Version: 3.1.0.1
PHP Version: 5.5.38

I have a problem with 1 OJS with 2 journals, one of which is an article detail that cannot be loaded

An example of an article that can be loaded:
https://stiealwashliyahsibolga.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/jes/article/view/1280

Example can’t be loaded:
https://stiealwashliyahsibolga.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/jesya/article/view/1234

all existing data is complete, this can be seen through the dashboard

solved. Because of a plugin, I deactivated a plugin citation style plugin, then worked.
