After upgrading from OJS 3.1.2-4 to OJS 3.2.0-2 and then to OJS 3.2.0-3, I faced problem with author/contributor update. Contributor to a submitted article cannot be added or existing contributor cannot be edited. Every time a message ‘Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned.’ is displayed. The registration page is also not working showing ‘HTTP ERROR 500’ message.
