Although twelve components are listed under ‘Settings’ > ‘Workflow’ > ‘Components’ only nine appear when I start uploading:
How can that be?

Hi @nef,
The other three are flagged as “dependent” and can only be uploaded as attachments to another upload. This is to support e.g. HTML articles with attached CSS and image files.
