Are there any good companies who can develop a custom theme for OJS 3.XX?

I need some company’s assistance to help me develop a custom theme for OJS 3.XX. Our company do provide installation services as part of the Web Apps program for OJS Hosting. But some clients request us to install a theme they desire. Are there any good developers for this?

There are several users here who are quite active with theming and template customizations; I’d suggest contacting them directly. See in particular the “Community Showcase” area of the forum.
