Archives in OJS 3.2

Dear support team,

We can not upload issues to the new OJS 3.2 System. Does the author of each article need to register and upload his or her article so that we get it in the system and then collect it in the archive?
Or can we directly upload articles to the system and forward them to the archives?
Could you please assist with these questions?

With respect to directly uploading articles, editors/journal managers can do this, and the main way that this is done is through the QuickSubmit utility. Please see here for more details: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/admin-guide/en/data-import-and-export
