Archived papers are not removed from the list of papers assigned to reviewers

Hi,
We use the OJS 2.3.7. Some of our papers have been archived (because for example they had been rejected) but they are not removed from the list of reviewers who have not completed their review on these papers. This is not good because the reviewers will go to review the rejected papers.
What can I do to automatically remove the papers from the list of reviewers when it is archived? Note that I do not want to permanently remove the archived papers.

Hi @ladani,

I don’t recall if our policies on this changed betweenOJS 2.3.7 and 2.4.7, but your version is quite old; if it’s an option, I’d suggest upgrading first to see if that corrects the issue.
