Appeared ##common.openJournalSystems## when deleted files on folder logs

I have a problem, when my memory is full due to the /logs folder in ojs 2.4.8 always increasing and consuming server memory to full… so that the ojs web cannot be accessed to http error 500…

I tried to delete some logs files, but it appears ##common.openJournalSystems##
all the views in ojs changed to that view.

please help, how to solve it so that it can return to normal display

Hello @Cholid_Mawardi,

Please note that the version of OJS that you’re using is no longer maintained or supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS. However, other community members may wish to offer assistance with your question.

You may find the following resources helpful in preparing for and performing the upgrade:

These resources will introduce you to OJS 3 and how it is different from OJS 2:

You may need to seek professional support to upgrade your installation. This can usually be acquired from the service provider that hosts or maintains your software, such as the technical support team at your institution or a third-party hosting provider.

Hi @Cholid_Mawardi,

Just to add: it’s likely that your cache has gotten corrupted when the disk filled. Remove all files from the cache/ subdirectory and it’s likely that your site will go back to working as usual.
