Announcement block on ojs 3.4.0-8

hello everyone, sorry if I open a post that may have already been widely discussed but with the search button I have not found an answer. in ojs 3.4.0-8 the blocker can no longer be inserted in the right bar? I don’t see the dedicated plugin anymore. am I doing something wrong? thanks to everyone

Hi, in version 3.5.0-3, the plugin for the old version of announcements isn’t even installed, as it says version 3.4.0.0 is present.
It’s actually the announcements feed plugin, not the one that displays the announcements in the right column.
Have you thought of a solution or an update to the plugin that’s stuck at version 3.2 for OJS?

PKP isn’t the maintainer of this plugin, but looks like someone updated it to work with 3.5: GitHub - RBoelter/announcementsBlock: Announcements Block Plugin for OJS 3 · GitHub , you may try to download it, and place the files on the right folder (plugins/blocks/announcementsBlock).

If you still have issues, you may try to contact the plugin’s maintainer or create an issue on its repository
