i upgraded my OJS via softaculous app installer on Cpanel and ever since i get this error in the picture bellow

How can i fix this please

hi @raphael_imoniogha,

It looks like locales aren’t being loaded. Can you make sure permissions on the cache/ directory (and subdirectories) are writeable by your webserver? It may also help to clear the cache data (which would be the ##admin.clearDataCaches## and ##admin.clearTemplateCaches## links you have there)
