Hi Ahmad,
Try checking out this topic: http://pkp.sfu.ca/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=11889
The first message has an step by step to make that working. If you still have problems, we can follow up here.
Cheers,
Bruno
I did all the steps as it is and it is working but the case here is not showing the statistics for social shares. have a look at this example
http://www.sciencepubco.com/index.php/GJMA/article/view/4319
Just for this article? Or anywhere else? Are you sure there’s social stats data for the article in question?
Cheers,
Bruno
dear @beghelli
all articles
In the link you’ve passed, I can’t see any ALM stats. Are you sure the plugin is active and that your layout customization is working?
Cheers,
Bruno
The article is not being found in the ALM server. Are you sure you did registered here http://pkp-alm.lib.sfu.ca and that you have your API key?
Regards,
Bruno
@beghelli
Yes I have registered and have my API Key
I’ve sent an email to Juan Alperin asking him about this. Will let you know shortly.
Thanks,
Bruno
@beghelli
Many thanks dear
I’m also very interested in make it work.
Take a look to this:

IMHO, the problem is in the Lagotto server.
Take care,
m.
@beghelli
Many thanks
To be sure, I renewed the persona account and generated a new API key.
As @Ahmad_Al_Jayousi, everything is set up in this production journal, but only local statistics are shown…
Let’s wait 48 hours to see what happens, but I have the feeling that manual intervention is required in Lagotto side to add our institutions in the publishers list, isn’t it?
I’m also concerned about this: http://pkp-alm.lib.sfu.ca/status
As you will see, looks like server is stacked in January.
Guys, I know you are overwhelmed so please, understand this as a report, not as a demand.
Cheers,
m.
Hi,
ALM section only displays “No metrics found.” in some of our journals. What can cause that?
Also I was wondering if I can reuse API Key in other ojs installation?
Regards
Ghazal
Hi @salehig,
Someone will respond to your other posts:
Please don’t double-post; it clutters the forum.
Thanks,
