We are using OJS 3.1. It would be very useful if associate editors could upload files when using the “Make Recommendation” button. Most of our associate editors have their own annotations, and it would be useful to easily upload those files.
It would also be useful if those files were then readily available for the editor-in-chief to select when sending the editorial decision email to the authors (just like annotated reviewer files).
