After installation if I am going to configure journal through context page then page not loading and spinning loading.
I have just new server configured and installed LAMP. any supporting extension not enabled, please suggest and help. Error log not showing any error.

Could you have a look at your PHP error logs and report back on any relevant errors there?

No error log reported in php_error.log. I have tried multiple times but no error was reported.
Please suggest if any supporting extension required.

Another thing you could try is clearing the caches in the Site Admin settings? If that doesn’t work, it’s difficult to say what is causing the error here - typically the PHP error logs give some indication of that.

Thank you for your reply. I have re-started the server and the problem was automatically solved. I don’t know about the reason but the problem is solved now.
