This looks like a list of settings (maybe from Cpanel?) - not what we typically see for error log messages, which tend to look different. This gives some guidance on how to go about checking for error log messages: When I click some button or follow some link, I'm left with a blank page. What do I do? - but how it is done in your specific hosting context, may differ.
