After Changing Domain name the Dashboard in not working

First I installed OJS with jms2.uoch.edu.pk, it works fine. then I change the domain name to jms.uoch.edu.pk and edited the configuration file.
the view site is working but the dashboard is not displaying the contents under settings->journal also the website?
HOw to manage this.

did you change the base_url in config.inc.php too ?
