Describe the issue or problem
After an author submits an article through online submission after some time Submissions item hangs and I can’t do anything with articles in admin panel. Also after getting this error any author can’t submit articles through online submission and i have to start the update process.
Steps I took leading up to the issue
I tried using the import and export articles feature. Exported the issue edit this file and imported back to the site.

Current version: 3.3.0.14

This problem is solved by updating OJS from 3.3.0.14 to 3.3.0.14. But after someone submits via online submission - it appears again.
If after the update when everything is working add articles through QuickSubmit Plugin, then articles are loaded well.
I assume that somewhere there is an error in the database. Is it possible to clear articles from Submissions that are not included in the issue (Unassigned, My Assigned) in the database. Manually from the site administration can not delete these articles.
