Adding User Search Feature to CC and BCC Fields in OJS 3.4 Notification Emails

In OJS 3.4, the notification emails now include CC and BCC fields (as shown in the attached image). While it’s possible to manually enter email addresses into these fields, there is currently no option to search and select users from the existing user database.

1. Is there any plan to introduce a feature that allows searching among users (one of the editors, for example.) for the CC and BCC fields? Dear @asmecher

2. I would like to implement a user search feature in the CC and BCC fields. Could you guide me on which files I should modify to achieve this functionality?
