Adding submission date to 'Submissions' grid

Hello,
I need to add submission date of the manuscript to ‘Submissions’ grid (attached photo). but I couldn’t find which tpl file is called on this grid?
any help is appreciated.

Hi again,
I hope someone can point out the tpl or php file that fills this grid.
I can manage the panel and the grid, but could not find the file that generates content of each row.
looking forward for some help

Can you point out where is this grid filled and can I create a 4 column grid to add dates?
this is highly requested.
