Adding new user in ojs 3.5.0.3

Hi all

After upgrading to OJS 3.5.0-3, I want add a new user as journal manager, but in “user & roles”, there is no “Add user”.

Can you help me please?

This has changed in OJS 3.5, you now have to invite the user to the role: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/journal-managers/en/users#invite-user
