Adding link to bottom of archives page

Is it possible to add a link to the bottom of this page under Volume 29? http://journal.viterbo.edu/index.php/atpp/issue/archive

I’d like to add a link (http://journal.viterbo.edu/index.php/at) to a different journal, which contains volume 1-28.

It is version 3.0.1.0

You’d need to modify a template to accomplish that. Off the top of my head, it would be templates/frontend/pages/issueArchive.tpl.
