Add contributor missing for journal manager

I upgraded to OJS 3.2.1-2 hoping it would resolve this issue. I was on 3.2.1-1. The main journal manager cannot see the add contributor and user control links. It is only for a handful of recent submissions. For instance 756 has the expected links but 762 is missing them. I have been looking at the database hoping to see a missing value but I haven’t uncovered anything while browsing.

Hi @criminal,

Can you elaborate what you mean by “user control links” Could you perhaps give us a screenshot to show where the error is occurring?

I apologize for the confusion. I was talking about the edit, delete or add user links.
