Add a list of Reviewers in one step

Dear Sir/Madam
I am using the OJS system as one of the editors of a scientific journal. Is there any useful and fast method to add a group of reviewers as one set instead of using the manual approach? I explored many videos pertaining to this issue, but I did not find any helpful ones that enabled me to add or upload several reviewers in one step.

Thank you for your reply, but my question is how to import an excel file of Reviewers instead of adding them one by one, which takes long time and considerable efforts.

Thanks for clarifying your question. This is probably more suited to the Software support category and not feature requests. There is a way to import users, but it is done through XML and not Excel/CSV, please see our documentation here: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/en/tools#importexport

It’s possible, but it’s hard to explain.
In summary, I am doing this:
I export only 1 reviewer from OJS as XML.
I manually convert the XML codes to Excel.
I add the reviewers list I have to this newly created Excel list.
I convert this Excel list back to XML codes.
I import the ready XML file.
Note: I give default passwords to referees. I make the password change mandatory on the first login.
