How many journal managers active in OJS particular or 1(One) journal?
You may enable as many you need or wish (or your journal guidance says). But at least one journal manager must exists on your journal.
On a journal I manage, there are 3 journal managers, but we could enable more if need, I never saw a limit, it is just a role, as author or reviewer.
