How do we re-activate config.inc.php to send notification of publication in batches?
We are using version 3.1.1.4
When I send an announcement of publication, Microsoft shuts of my email as “suspected spam.” We currently have 730 users to notify of new publication.
In April, 2017, Alec advised: “The Notify Users feature already breaks up large numbers of recipients into batches; options are set in config.inc.php.”
The config.inc file was setup to break up the emails in batches of 50 recipients with a 30 minute pause between each separate email.
We have been informed that these options do not work in version 3.x (link below)
Is there a way for us to make that option work?
