After update my system from version 2.3.7 to 2.4.8-2, I’m getting a “403 error: access forbidden” when I click on the link received to reset password.
I already checked the expiration time and folder permissions.
Am I missing something?

Hi @Munir_Salim,
The request is probably being erroneously intercepted by mod_security or another sever-side security tool. OJS doesn’t respond with a 403 to that request. Check your web server’s logs for details.
