Access for authors to the list of files in the Production stage

Hi,
Could you advise me if it’s possible to make a programming change relatively quickly to enable authors to access the list of files for publication in the Production stage of the OMP system? Currently, this functionality is limited to editors, administrators, and assistants, but I would like to extend it to authors as well.

Hi @janels,

You could try seeing if you could give access to the Production stage in the roles settings in OMP: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-omp/en/user-accounts#permission-levels

Thanks for the message. I’m not referring to access to the production stage. Authors do have access to the stage itself, but they don’t have access to the file summary for publication. We would like to make this summary available to them. Please take a look at the attachment.
