Access counter nor working after update

After upgrading to 2.2.2 version of OJS to version 2.4.7-1 the counter articles updates is not working. When we go on the path Cover> User> Editor> Submissions> #xxx> Edition. The access counter is marking 0.

Any idea what might be causing this, and how can it be solved?
