In email template “REVIEW COPLETE” is bug. If reviewer send email to editor, email address the editor appears in the CC: no in field TO:

That’s by design; assigned editors are CC’d, and assigned section editors are addressed as “To:” recipients.

But the field “To:” is empty ?

Hi @lucien,

That suggests that you don’t have any assigned section editors; the email should still be delivered. But if you want to promote “CC” recipients to “To” recipients in the case that there are none, you could apply this patch:
