500 internal server error after uploading pdf galley

Hi, I’m facing 500 internal server error when i upload pdf galley.
The issue is when i upload pdf galley of article or issue, it uploads successfully, but when i refresh the site it gives "is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

I’m using Default child manuscript theme and ojs version 3.0

Hi @Ahmad_Badar,

In case of the 500 error you should check the server error log to get more info.

Can you please help me for the same problem…how I can resolve it…same I have observed at my end but I am using wordpress…
