500 Internal Server Error - after OJS 3 restored from backup

Hello,

After a hard disk crash, I restored the website from a backup. I have an OJS 3.4.1, on a Debian 9, MySQL, Apache2, php 7.2 system.
The website seems fine, except when I try to download the PDF galleys from the articles, or the files inside the back-end - editorial workflow (where I get 500 Internal Server Error). For the PDF files there is an empty page.

For the files download from the editorial interface the following error is in /var/apache2/error.log
P_20190323_005026_vHDR_On_1
The files dir is correctly specified (identical with the backup). All the files are owned by www-data, and with 755 permissions.
I checked the file and it is in the correct place.
But what I find strange in the print screen is the fact there is a double slash after the journal number 1.

I have another OJS3 that using the same steps to extract from backup works fine.
And another OJS2 website that has the same problem.
Quite odd.

How can I get rid of this problem?

Thank you very much!

SOLVED

As usual with this error it is my error … I had saved the backup in a folder with the same name as the files_folder name so the path to files_folder was now incorrect. Sorry for the trouble!

And thanks for the great OJS system, and wonderful work you do!

Glad to hear you got it working.

 Thank you for the kind thoughts!
