404 page not found error message when I try to sign up a user in OJS with ORCHID

I am trying to enable ORCHID registration to an OJS [3.3.0.15] installation but when I try to register a new user with the ORCID credentials I do receive a 404 error message, so I was wondering what could be wrong.

Note: the OJS software is not installed in the root folder of a domain but in a folder called /revistaQA

Hi @virtual-orbis,

Are you able to report on errors found in your PHP error log related to this? That might help pinpoint the issue a bit more…

What is the URL you are receiving a 404 message for?
