404 Error issues with my already accepted DOI

Dear Team

Recently we have updated our website (www.ijellh.com) and which resulted in some change of path. Now I am facing issues with my already accepted DOI. For example,

For example:

  1. Go to 'Web link of the published manuscript: https://ijellh.in/index.php/OJS/article/view/11442

  2. Click on ‘DOI: https://doi.org/10.24113/ijellh.v11i7.11442…’

  3. After clicking on DOI the link is: https://ijellh.com/OJS/index.php/OJS/article/view/11442

This means Web link and DOI link are different. How to resolve it.

  1. See error: DOI is showing up 404 error of all accepted DOI by CROSSREF

**We are currently using OJS 3.3.0.14.

Hi @IJELLH

I am not 100% sure but I think you’ll have to re-register/update your DOI with CrossRef for the URL to take effect
