There is not a tmp file in linux system directory /tmp after last run of PLN scheduledtask.
By testing with the php script, linux system can create a tmp file in direcory /tmp. This is the php script for testing

Enggar, is this the same issue you’ve been direct messaging me about? If so, please don’t do that. It makes it very difficult to follow what’s going on, and we really do want to keep everything public so that other people can find the solutions to their problems.

Biovalentia now has three deposits in our PLN. They’ve been downloaded and sent off to our LOCKSS network. It can take some time (occasionally up to 14 days after the deposit notice is sent to us) for the network to collect and archive the deposits.

I did not see a question in your post Enggar.

As I wrote above, your journal has three deposits in the PLN. It can take up to ten days for them to get fully processed.

On 01-July- 2017, 3 issues were depositted, right? (LOCKSS status: Agreement, Complete: Yes for all)

We have similar problem - all journal’s issues have status New and Unknown during 2 days. I checked config.inc.php and PKP PLN plugin’s settings - that’s in order. You said, that process can take some time - in our case too?
