Good afternoon!

I would like to get the OJS 3.0 User guide (complete) in Spanish and I would like to see a video (if it is possible in Spanish too) to be able to learn to use this new version.

There are some OJS 3.x videos/tutorials available on Youtube, e.g. this one: OJS 3.0 Overview - YouTube

Some OJS 3.x training documentation is available in English e.g. at https://pkp.gitbooks.io/ojs3/content/en/.
