Not able to confirm the review after the reviewer has posed his review

Once the reviewer has posted his review online, when I click on confirm review, it shows this statement and the review does not get confirmed.

What version of OJS are you using? (Please include this information in your posts.)

I suspect you’ve encountered a Javascript error on the previous page. Check your browser’s javascript console before submitting the review to see if an error appears there. Also check your PHP error log, though it’s less likely to be useful in this case.
