It could be useful to enable editors to check in Settings/Workflow/Submission that Metadata fileds could be possible to define as mandatory or not. Thus, besides Enabled and Submission can be another possibility to check them as mandatory or not. Consequently, authors will have red star/asterisk beside that field which will show them that those fields are mandatory.
