As far as I see there is JusBoil.me plugin for TinyMCE editor in OJS 3.0.2.0. That plugin doe snot provide the user to enter proper “alt” tag. We can do that by entering source and typing alt tag, but many editors do not know to do that.
I suggest that there should be available plugin which by deafult gives user comfortable way to enter “alt” tag dhen upload of image is underway.
