I think it could be handy for editors to be able to comment on user accounts. These comments/notes would be visible for other editors (especially in the view of selecting reviewers). For example, an editor could place a note with a reviewer that he/she does not want to receive any review requests from a journal – it would be better than removing reviewer account (editor may still set up an account for this reviewer).
