Closing the system for submissions?

The deadline for sending submissions ended on 20/09/2016

but we are still getting submission.
How close the system to no longer accept submissions?

Hi @David,

Have you checked whether an author account (that isn’t also e.g. a Director) is able to begin a new submission? It’s possible that this submission was started (from step 1) before the deadline and then completed (the last step) afterwards.
