Canadian Journal of Sociology

The Canadian Journal of Sociology (CJS) publishes peer-reviewed research articles and innovative theoretical essays by social scientists from around the world, providing insight into the issues facing Canadian society as well as social and cultural systems in other countries. Established as a print journal in 1975, CJS transitioned to an open access publishing model and volumes 33-current can be accessed via the University of Alberta OJS service.
