After having a new PC I can't log in here

Hi,
After having a new PC I can’t log in here at the PKP Community Forum, Only by using a link in a mail sent to me from the Forum is it possible for me to get in.
How can that be? If I try the log in via the browser I’m told “You can’t log in as nef from that IP address”.
